Welcome to LTMUN!
Our team is thrilled to welcome you to Lane Tech's first-ever Model United Nations Conference, LTMUN I.
We are committed to hosting a competitive and fun conference, and bringing together fellow Chicago schools. Since our institution in 2016, LTMUN delegates have consistently won awards at prestigious collegiate conferences at DePaul University, Northwestern, and University of Chicago, in addition to the many phenomenal conferences hosted
by neighboring Chicago highschools. Beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, LTMUN transitioned from a school club, to a team with increasingly rigorous practice schedules and high tryout standards. We are beyond proud of LTMUN's progress in awards, Lane Tech spirit, and receiving our first-ever delegation award!
To set the highest standards for our conference, LTMUN is staffed by veteran delegates with extensive experience in MUN, debate, politics, and civic engagement. We hope to provide a fun and memorable experience for our delegates, with committees set to debate some of the most interesting historical and fictional events.
